So you’re looking for more information or a company called Efusjon. Well, in this Efusjon review I will show you some very important information about the company. By reading this article you will learn more about Efusjon energy club, whether there is an Efusjon scam, the fusion energy drink product, and even more important what you can do to build your MLM opportunity without rejection.

In January of 2009 this brand-new company called Efusjon club was born. Most likely, if anyone has ever talked to you about this company, you’ve heard first about their compensation plan and next, if ever, about their product. But, we’ll get into that a bit later. R.S. Edwards, Robert Towles, Marc Sharpe, and Kenny Gilmore are the guys who started Efusjon. The company’s first and flagship product is referred to as Raw. Their product line also contains three other energy drinks, I believe. One thing that I found pretty interesting, but that is a good thing is that the Efusjon energy drink does not contain any caffeine or stimulants. This is interesting to me in two ways, one being that this is a very good thing. Caffeine and other stimulants are horrible for your body and should be avoided. The next is that they even call it an energy drink. Most people are looking for the stimulants, I would really call Efusjon energy more of a juice.

If you start any Efusjon business you can expect to be a little confused at first by the compensation plan. I have quite a bit of experience with compensation plans, and this one threw me off at first. Basically, you earn up to 4.25% commission on the sales volume of your team. They call their plan a 3 x 15 forced matrix. What? Anyway, it pays you in about six different ways. To start with we have the retail profit. next we move on to the associate product volume bonus which pays you when you enroll a new member who buys in bulk. nextwe have the coach product volume bonus wherein if you achieve a certain rankwithin 30 days you receive an extra bonus. the fourth is called personal enrollee sales falling which is your 4.2% of your take. The fifth is called the community overlap which is where I get lost. It appears that you make a bonus on people that you don’t even know. I view this very skeptically, as you could be paid for work that you have not even done. That seems great but also takes away from the industry, and rewards someone for something they did not do. I would rather be paid for the work I do, than have my commissions lowered so everyone can make money. Lastly, Efusjon page 30 top distributors in the company a 3% bonus check. While this compensation plan, looks to be fair and could pay pretty well. I believe the community overlap an explanation of the compensation plan is simply hype to make more people join the company. When it comes down to it the company will only pay out 50% of commissionable volume. This is not the highest in the industry, and like I said the community overlap could actually hinder a hard workers, income.

Next, I want to tell you what I found when I looked into the support and training that Efusjon offers. While they are definitely more current than most companies, I feel that they still drastically missed the mark with their strategies. Okay, get this, Efusjon has launched and is planning on launching games on Facebook. They claim that these games will bring in thousands of new members to Efusjon. This is their strategy. Are you kidding me? Do you believe that someone playing a game on Facebook will automatically sign up for business. And on top of that, I’m pretty sure the people spending time playing stupid games on Facebook or not the people we want in our businesses anyways.

So, what can we do to build MLM business. Is there a better way than chasing family and friends, or inviting people to play Facebook game. Fortunately, there is a better way. And oddly enough, it involves things that actually resemble a business. Like attracting and bringing reps to you instead of annoying people on Facebook. This is actually a very simple strategy, that just requires some work and learning.
