Come on now! Everybody involved in our industry, upon seeing the title of this article should immediately have their hand raised. Next, they should be impatiently waiting for the page to load after they have clicked. I only say this because that is exactly how I felt when I was first introduced to the thought of rejection free recruiting. I’ll tell you what my next thought was… This sounds WAY too good to be true. I have found, however, that IT IS TRUE!
So, how is this possible?! When we work our warm market, we are told that we must learn to overcome rejection. We’re taught that “They aren’t saying NO to you, they’re saying no to your opportunity.” Well, I both agree and disagree with that statement, but I’ll need another article for that.
Alright, let’s get down to it. Rejection Free MLM Recruiting. There are many offline techniques that come close to eliminating rejection, but again, another article is needed for that. So, today I’ll focus on internet marketing, because when marketing your home business online, REJECTION IS TOTALLY AVOIDABLE!
Here’s the first step. Stop bombarding people who aren’t interested! This is kind of obvious, but it isn’t always taught to newcomers. What you need to be doing is focusing your attention on people who are looking to start an MLM business or people that already own an MLM business. These people won’t give you the headaches that truly uninterested people will. You won’t get the “Is this legal?” and “Is this one of those pyramid schemes?” responses that we all HATE TO HEAR! No; our target market should be people ready and waiting to change their lives in our amazing industry.
Next, we don’t want to vomit our opportunity and products on these people. Many people who are already involved in our industry are not out searching for a new company. They are usually looking for a way to succeed in their current business.
With the people not involved yet, the same rules apply. These people are looking for a company to join. Even more so, they are looking for a leader within one of those companies. Think about it; there are many, many great companies with amazing opportunities in which fortunes can be made. These newbies will join the leader that they feel can help them achieve their goals. They are LOOKING FOR A LEADER!
So then, instead of attacking people with our opportunity when we first connect with them, we should offer them our services. Let them see that we are valuable and that we can assist them with their business. NO MATTER WHAT! You need to introduce them to a proven system that you and others on your team use to succeed. They are looking for someone to LEAD them, not argue with them or convince them of something.
Now, online marketing for MLM and networking marketing can be extremely successful and REJECTION FREE if these principles are applied. A word of caution though, DON’T FAKE IT! Have a great, affordable, easy to use system for marketing and generating leads. Offer your knowledge and skills to people without expecting anything in return. Please, don’t do what I see a lot of people doing out there right now. Don’t connect with me and tell me that you “Help people make money online” and have nothing of real value to offer. I have people approach me like this all the time. What they really do is make small talk, get to know me a bit then…VOMIT! I am left to clean up the mess of their opportunity and/or products off of my shirt. They come full force with their opportunity right after they told me they would help me! I’m sorry, but THIS WON’T WORK. These people have nothing real to offer and are FAKING IT!
